Flowing water on Station Road Waddington as you go up Waddington near the top of the hill just before the left turn towards the village.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379399.
There is constant flowing water that covers the footpath and road surface on Station Road near the top of Waddington hill. This combines with mud to make the footpath and road extremely slippery causing pedestrians into the carriageway to avoid the area. This could prove to be an accident in the waiting on what is a very busy road and one that is in frequent use by pedestrians. Once this water starts to freeze during the winter months this will only exacerbate the issue.

I totally agree nothing has been done to stem the flow of water down Waddington hill. I reported this back in November as I was seriously concerned that this water would freeze over during the winter months with the potential to cause an accident. Whilst we have had a fair degree of water recently this problem has not changed since observed last summer. This is so frustrating when the public take time to report problems that appear to be simply ignored and closed down!

I reported this year's ago, was told they couldn't do anything as it was a natural spring. So it's frozen again this year and has been accidents.
