Tree overgrown from street into garden.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379569.
Been reported many times. Gardener cut his head on overhanging branches. Never ever been pruned in over 15 years At Least.Roots coming towards our bungalow. Path been resurfaced because roots under path. Lots of oaps around here. Want to know if I cut the branches on my property and placed them next to the tree would I get fined for fly tipping.....?????It certain it needs attention and not fobbing me off .

Ref 379569 is outside 90 Minster Drive LN3 4LH not where the arrow high lights.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we have visited the site and there was adequate head room over the footway therefore there is nothing that we are required to act on. If you wish to cut the branches over hanging your garden you are entitled to do so as long as it does not have a detrimental effect on the health of the tree. Thank you for reporting this matter.
