Standing water each time it rains at a low point in the road where the kirb has been dropped.
Reported via mobile in the Flooding category anonymously at 19:21, Tue 10 November 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 379606.
See photo attached; green arrow shows where the low point is and puddles form, the red arrows show our air bricks where water is entering the house with the vehicles splashing through the puddle. The stone on this corner of the house appears to be eroding quite significantly as well due to the force and angle at which the water is hitting the house. We now have a damp issue on this room which we are trying to resolve.

The damp issue in the internal walls is still causing an issue even after redecorating. The low spot at the dropped kerb is still pooling water when it rains. Additionally, when measuring the path height, it is level with the internal floor and only 30-40mm lower than the air brick vents. Is the issue that a drain channel should have been put in before the path had been built up over the years. I believe the path was redressed a year ago, was a survey carried out to check the potential damage this could cause to our property?
