Road surface issue problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4154325.

Dip in the road surface by the alley way bewteen number 7 & number 9. Rain water gathers here & when vehicles drive through all the water gets splashed onto cusomers window (which is directly onto the footway). She has had to have a new bay window put in as the other rotted away with constantly getting soaked. This has been going on for a couple of years. A man came out & drilled some holes in the dip but nothing else happened. Contractors went out recently to fill in a pot hole outside number 9 but didn't touch the dip. Please investigate.
