The pavement at the end of the footpath through to the estate behind files with water and leaves it does not drain onto the road - the leaves and water completely cover the width of the path. This path has a high level of pedestrian use and needs to be leveled out please

The picture attached clearly shows this is on the public footpath on Barrowby Road this is Highways responsibility this is not a private pathway I think you may have looked at the pathway leading off from this. Whenever it rains there is a large puddle the full width of the path and when leaves are falling it becomes a seas of slush! Can you please check again. Thank you
