Dangerous junction for turning right NO Green Filters for Turning right

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380216.
See Facebook: Horncastle Community Page. Post by me, Chris Liesack. Approx 70 comments. Very chaotic junction, especially when heavy traffic. I witnessed a ‘near miss’ when a large lorry Turing right from town centre nearly collided with a small car travelling from Boston Road straight into Town Centre. A potential fatality 😱. Several ladies on Facebook have also complained that cars don’t stop when pedestrians walk across A158 in either direction. This is because people are losing patience when queuing I assume. If you installed Green (turn right) filters to traffic light system, this would be a major improvement. Sequence: red, Amber, Green, Green (turn right) so second opportunity on Green, dedicating vehicles to turn right, rather than the ‘lucky dip’ vehicles second guessing other road users. So to recap.. IF there was a Green Filter for Turning Right on Traffic Light System off Boston Road turning East onto A158 & same on Louth Road (Town Centre) turning right onto A158 West. Majority of problems would be alleviated. 👍 Thank you Chris Liesack 07419364900
