Overgrown tree/hedges problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4154593.

Trees down one side of the lane have not been cut back for many years. Now overgrown, so pedestrians have nowhere to walk when oncoming traffic. Also, the branches scratch the cars using the lane.Please could they be cut back.
