Large pile of barkchip left in middle of pathway, no warning signs present and a risk of falling in the dark

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380279.
The barkchip has been left on the public footpath outside 64 St Augustine Road with no caution signs and it is slowly spreading everywhere and there are large shards of wood which could puncture tyres or hurt someone if they fell on it. It has been there since 18/11/2020 with no signs of it being cleared away or attempts to stop it from spreading.
