Water off the road at 29 Doddington Road is flooding from the road onto my property

There is no proper drainage of the surface water from the road. As a consequence, because the kerb is so low, the water drains into my property via the driveway filling my soak-away. This is not the case with adjacent properties where the kerbs are higher. The reason that the severity of this problem has not been apparent before is that I have always spent my winters in Spain.
