Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 13:18, Wed 25 November 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380486.
Build up of wet and rotting leaves and mud on narrow footpath, causing a tripping/slipping hazard on Church Lane (from Vicarage Lane direction). An ongoing issue as this area of road and footpath floods and is hazardous. We have received various complaints about the flooding, mud and leaves in this area which are hazadorous and are an ongoing safety issue. This a safety issue that needs addressing urgently.
