Manhole cover with water flowing out. Just Infront of the new housing block on Nelson street

Just noticed that a manhole cover or something similar is gushing water. It flows rather fast into a drain so no damage is likely but it's a lot of water. Maybe only present today. On Nelson street Infront of the new houses on the right side as you come up the street from Carholme road.
