Give way sign missing from cross road junction
Reported via desktop in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 22:27, Thu 26 November 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 380584.
There is no give way sign on the approach to the cross road junction near Ruckland and Maidenwell (Oslear's Lane). This is approaching from the east and travelling west. This is particularly important as it is missing from the carriageway which needs to slow down and give way to traffic from the north or south. With no give way sign there is no warning that motorists need to be prepared to give way and slow down. If travelling at speed someone could go straight over the junction and collide with another car. There is a give way sign coming from the opposite direct, which makes me think the sign has gone missing or was never installed. Recommend this is looked at urgently.
