New footway concerns

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 381364.

New footway has been built as par of the new Moor Lane development that links to the recreation ground. Unfortunately the footway terminates with a full height and not a dropped kerb to allow easy access for scooters, prams etc .
