Light not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 381373.

Ref 361363 this light is still not working and has not worked for at least 18 months i am surprised that nobody has fallen with the trip hazards nearby the light was reported in the autumn of 2019 and again this autumn
