Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 381464.

Pothole surrounding drain. Did have white marking paint surrounding it, all other potholes fixed. This had been left. Depth of pothole getting worse. Getting worse. Opposite Old Chapel.

Seem to be getting worse, hole now appeared.

Hole is getting deeper and erroding further. Kids leg got caught. Drain cover is now sinking into road too. Needs urgent fix before a massive hole appears and either injuries a person or a car.

The Verb ‘Fixed’ comes from the Latin word Figere, which the Oxford English Dictionary describes as ‘mended or repaired’; past tense. As you will notice again, from a photo at 1225, this pothole has not been Figere’d or fixed; and is still as before a ‘big hole’ in the road. Unless Lincoln Council have a new fangled definition of Fixed, please can you reopen this case and not close again until it has actually been Figere’d, Past Tense. Thanks
