1. Navenby, flooding problem from Top Farm. The bunds on the new development have been flattened and the water now runs down Green Man Road and down into the drives, up to the houses opposite, up to nine inches deep. Drainage was raised at planning stage and I understood proper provision was agreed. The local resident raised it with the builders when they were on site. They raised it with me and I reported it. The report on Fixmystreet is dated October 5th, labelled as “investigated”, “scheduled for repair”, “repaired”, then the process starting over and latest down as “scheduled” on November 5th. Now under investigation since December.
2. (Photos) Also outside Twenty Row (Number 9, I think), the kerb has a 10ft section not improved, which is therefore a bit lower and water runs off the road and puddles right across the footpath, causing a hazard as people with prams try to avoid the puddle and go on the road, which is very dangerous at this point. The small section of footpath needs resurfacing and bringing to the same level as the rest.
