Rainwater covering half the carriageway being thrown over houses by cars and trucks
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category by Stephen Lane at 15:31, Wed 23 December 2020
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 382432.
Once again, as reported on numerous occasions, standing rainwater is filling over half the carriageway. This is due to ineffective drainage on this side of the carriageway, only soakaway drains are installed unlike the other side of the carriageway where sewer drains are fitted. This is report number 4 of this issue and each time highways agency close out the issue without actually resolving it.

Further moderate overnight rain results in half the carriageway filled with water, water being thrown into properties and has resulted in a fence being knocked down due to constant battering of water sprayed up from Lorries etc.
