Road surface water drains blocked

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 382603.

The road outside my house gets flooded every time there is a rain fall. When this happens the road is covered and the footpath, then the water starts to encrotch on the houses around this area. If the drains were cleared on a regular basis this may help in the future?
