Ditch filling up

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 382933.

This ditch on station road along side the new development has filled up with the recent rainfall. This ditch does not flow anywhere. It’s a dead end. What happens when we get more rain? Does it overflow onto the path and road?
