This enquiry was raised in early January when we had significant rainfall, but was unfortunately not looked at closer to the time for which we apologise. We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because your description suggests a constant flow from a feeder pipe which would mean this was the responsibility of Anglian Water. The source may well be from a stop tap, but the information given suggests it is outside No. 30, however looking at the map there does not appear to be a No. 30 along Wold View. We have received no further reports so this issue may have already been dealt with by Anglian Water, or it may have been due to the excessive rainfall we had early into the new year. In times of extreme weather even the most efficient systems can become overwhelmed. If the problem recurs in less extreme conditions and it is proven to not be an Anglian Water issue, please report this to us again, then we will investigate further as necessary as and when priorities and resources allow. Thank you for reporting this matter.
