Still floods every time it rains. You can guarantee that long after the rain has stopped and the rest of the roads have dried out the puddle is still here. The biggest problem is the lowest point is on the tactile paving of the pedestrian crossing so all the mud, stones & silt collects there and as the puddle shrinks leaves a muddy mess.
