Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 383326.
I have a restaurant in 13 winsover road, Spalding, pe11 1eg, with Short Steet Nature of the concern: Next to my restaurant is Short Street an this street is completely destroyed full of hazards like unsecured sewer box lids, very large pot holes, at night there’s no light causing it to be extremely dangerous as there’s no way to see the holes on the ground, we are also experiencing a high volume of rats coming out of the ground and these can carry deadly diseases especially dangerous when there’s a lot of children living it the flats there and also walking by, please somethings needs to be done, this has been in this appalling condition for a long time now, thank you very much
