Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 383394.
West side of Wragby road just past junction with Austen walk. Tree root cracks have damaged Footway causing surface to rise and form a pond which can be seen in pic as frozen trip to add to risks faced by pedestrians. We need less falls from trips to ensure reduced emergency admissions to AE currently.
