Report of a cable across the footpath
Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 12:34, Thu 7 January 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 383462.
The Parish Council have received the following report from a resident: I have just walked along Canterbury drive, washingborough, and tripped and fallen over a cable that is draped across the footpath, from 62 Canterbury drive, to a camper van parked on the road. I think this resident should be advised that this is a dangerous thing to do and they should be asked to stop doing it immediately. If an elderly, partially sighted or blind person were to walk along this footpath the consequences could be far worse than the fall I have just taken.
