Uneven road due to road breakup tarmac on Hasthorpe road

This road has been like this for the best part of 1 to 2 yrs , as you can see the traffic and large articulated lorries that use this road are now starting to drive on the verge to miss this part of the road, please can you rectify the problem as I fear there could be a fatal injury to cyclists and people walking on this stretch of road. I believe this stretch of road is hazardous to who uses it .
