Hi a friend of mine was walking back from work in the early hours between 00:05- 00:10 down st John's Road in Spalding.
As she was walking some of the lights went out, please could you investigate why this happened and if they need to be fixed, its incredibly unsafe to have lights going out when people finish work at this hour, they can't ride share because of covid and some have to walk because they have no access to vehicles.
These people are keeping food on the table of thousands packing food for supermarkets. The least we can do is ensure they get home safely after working in cold conditions and working extremely hard for us.
Please could you make sure this is investigated and made safer for the future.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the street lights on this road are subject to part night lighting as per the Street Lighting Transformation Project, which means they are meant to switch off between midnight and dawn. Thank you for reporting this matter.
