Recent resurfacing breaking up

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 383980.

Carlisle Gardens Road was resurfaced a few months ago. The top dressing has never really settled, and seems to be coming away from the tarmac daily. This means the road is more like a gravel track than a maintained road. I can only think that the contractor who did this resurfacing did not apply enough tar to hold the top dressing. It is a total mess, and needs addressing as a matter of priority please.
