Mud and flooding at the junction of Wispington Road and the B1190 close to Deer's Cottages
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 11:06, Mon 18 January 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 384549.
There are two issues here. At the junction of Wispington Road and the B1190 close to Deer's Cottages there is a triangle which was once grass, but has now turned to mud. There was once a traffic cone in the middle of it but only the base remains with the rest of it in a nearby hedge. HGVs on their way to Woodbeck Farm have not improved matters and are only making matters worse. The muddy triangle needs to be covered over with tarmac. The road is also prone to flooding with road markings often under water.
