Very poor pavement surface

Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 14:10, Tuesday 19 January 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 384808.

The stretch of pavement running along Scothern Lane between the St Edwards drive turning and Holme drive turning is awful. There are many raised cracked sections due to what appear to be tree roots. There are also uneven surfaces due to crumbling tarmac. This has been deteriorating for a number of years.
