Dangerous bollard

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 384922.

Cars should not be allowed to block this area. Bollards should have hazard markings to indicate protruding metal each side of bollard. Bike accident 13/1/21 due to this

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. If parked vehicles are causing an obstruction you will need to contact the Police as we have no enforcement powers to remove vehicles. With regards to the bollards, we accept the markings have worn away, however, due to limited resourcing we are prioritising significant safety hazards but we will continue to monitor during our routine highway inspections. Thank you for reporting this matter.
