A call to report the beck overflowing and is flowing into customers garden due to a debris build up. The water is not coming into the property

It is recommended that you contact your local Internal Drainage Board to ascertain who is responsible, whether it be themselves, riparian (adjoining land owner) or the Environment Agency.
