Raised 6” watercock cover

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 385249.

On the pavement directly outside 3 Chapel Lane, North Hykeham a water stopcock cover had raised approx 40mm. The cover looks to fit snugly but the workspace below is flooded, raised the polystyrene float and pushed the cover up. This is currently a trip hazard.
