Ditch obstructed and overgrown
Reported via desktop in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category anonymously at 20:24, Thursday 21 January 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 385234.
On behalf of Hykeham in Bloom I request this ditch problem which constitutes a visual eyesore and practical problem be remedied. The ditch has a 200 thick layer of detritus which cannot be removed because the ditch is also overgrown and populated by varying sizes of shrubs and saplings. Previous efforts have been to trim the tops of shrubs etc which is insufficient to remedy the problem. This has prevailed for several years as can be seen by size of small trees. The problem extends from the pin location indicated on map to jcn Westminster Rd
