Bollards 1719 and 1718 have no lights and havent had any for a couple years

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 386065.

As you turn iff main road to head toward langtoft fen the bollard indicating tirning have had no lights in for a couple of years and need fixing
