Huge undrained hollow blocks public footpath and pavement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 386208.
There is an undrained dip in the sidewalk at the entrance to the public footpath and cycleway which fills with standing water and takes a long time to evaporate. Additional drainage needed.

Still a problem after heavy rain or snow melt. The ankle deep puddle extends from road to footway edge and completely across the Viking Way footpath from South Common to South Park Avenue. Water overflowing from it runs down the slope making it potentially icy in current freezing conditions
