Surely not. Maybe the wrong road has been assessed? The address is Low Road, Marshchapel. DN36 5FL. The green pin on the map does no represent where the faulty road is located. The images uploaded clearly show the significant damage to the road and that urgent action is required
How do I escalate this issue as unresolved?
