Exit pipe from culvert too small for volume of water

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 12:48, Thu 11 February 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 388251.

A new head wall was put in at the bottom of the drive a few years ago however the pipe leading from the hweadwall into the manhole on the opposite side of the road is too small for the volume of water. Whenever there is heavy rain the culvert now overflows on to the main road. This is a danger to traffic due to the volume of water and is a risk of flooding to properties on the opposite side of the road. Also as it keeps happening the volume of water is degrading the surface on the footpath and main road. A leger pipe needs putting across the road to the man hole to cope with the volume of water.
