Damaged and blocked footpath

For several months now the footpath has been completely broken up by all the lorries that park on the footpath over night. These orange barriers have also been there a many weeks. I walk this path most weekdays, as do a good many other people. Can we please have this repaired, and possibly some no parking marking? When we don't have the Covid restrictions, this road often becomes one long car park!
