  • The timings of the lights need to be looked at again. Someone from Lincs CC is constantly tinkering with the timings yet still hasnt got them right. As soon as the lights from West Elloe go to red, the lights on Pinchbeck Road go to green. Yet when the lights at Pinchbeck Rd got red, it can take up to half a minute for the lights on West Elloe to go green. Plus the green right arrow stays on when there is nothing on Pinchbeck Road. Please sort the timings.
