Blocked drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 387752.
The entrance to Park View Avenue has flooded during rainy weather for years. A 'flood' warning sign is permanently erected but the drain does not appear to have been fixed. The lack of drainage causes a vast puddle completely covering the T-junction.
