Many dead branches overhanging footway that require removing. ?? Safety of tree is a concern as it is leaning heavily from its fork.

  • The footway isn't a highway footpath. Either the Parish Council or the adjacent owner will be responsible for this issue. You will need to report it to them directly. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.
