Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 388042.
Water is not draining away and has been standing there for days. It is near the corner on Church Street and poses a hazard if it is icy particularly for buses and other vehicles. This has been an issue for a while and the drain/gully needs to be fully cleared.
