Thank you for the photos provided in this report, they are a very useful way of us getting an idea of the issue and we can see from them there is some minor standing water. We are sorry but Lincolnshire County Council is currently unable to process and react to reports of minor flooding due to limited resource at present and higher priorities. This is due to the significant demand for this type of work in the last 2 months which has stretched our resource to the point where we can only react to defects reported that are severe flooding of carriageway or internal flooding of property living space. Our records show that the drains in this area were cleaned in November and were running well. In times of extreme weather even the most efficient systems can become overwhelmed. If the problem recurs in less extreme conditions please report this again. Please note that the location has been recorded for future investigation should the problem worsen or persist but further action will not be taken on this enquiry at this time. Thank you for reporting this matter.
