Traffic lights on Newark Road not staying on green for long enough!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 388547.

The traffic lights on crossroads at North Hykeham (junction with Moor Lane/Station Road) and traffic lights on Newark Road at junction with Tiber Road are not staying on red for long enough and causing long tailbacks in both directions on Newark Road.
