The fencing to the boundary of the Miller and Carter restaurant and Footpath is significantly damaged and missing in places. This damage has been evidence since March 2020 has been raised to the council within the last lockdown by Miller and Carter owners but is still not resolved. It has now become an eyesore and is negatively impacting the area

  • This fault is not on the publicly maintainable highway. This fencing will not be the responsibility of the Highway Authority, it will belong to the adjacent landowner. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.
