Actualy highways come out on 23/02/2021 To I presume repair a loose kerb edger So I was surprised you haven’t done a permanent job The only reason you did repair was . I actually reported a long while ago some one rang us to say what did you think to the service I said I have heard nothing . He then put report in hence the temporary repair The actual damage was done by jackson&shipley grantham I rang them. There reply we don’t have street works to work on the highway. Which I am aware of as I worked for western power and had street works until I retired. So basicly through jackson&shipley doing a delivery to next door running all over the grass/cracking the kerbs. And your temporary job we are not satisfied. Please note Original ref 41457840 New ref 4157372
