Deterioration of footpath on Wyberton Low Road

The footpath along several sections of the east side of Wyberton Low Road has badly deteriorated to be simply rubble in parts. This is treacherous for pedestrians, especially the most vulnerable. The deterioration runs in patches from the junction with Marsh Lane to almost the Cuckoo Land allotments. A photo of an example is provided here but this is one of the least worst sections.
