Signage at junction missing 2 of 3 directions

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 390530.

The sign at the junction has been missing 1 direction for a long time. But now a second direction is on the ground. It is causing confusion for drivers. Also looks untidy.
