The edges of the road have deep gouges & are flooded also the centre of the road has many deep potholes

I have been informed that this problem has been reported many times and now getting considerably worse. There is a danger for cyclists & very difficult if not impossible for walkers to move to the side of the road. Vehicles are likely to be damaged when driving down this road however slowly they go
