Water flowing from drain (manhole cover) in the middle of the road.

Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 17:32, Tuesday 2 March 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 390839.

There seems to be water flowing from a drain (manhole cover) in the middle of the road. This is just outside the entrance to the new building development on Dunholme Road, Scothern (St Germaine's Way). Don't know if it is your problem but if it is not please could you notify the persons responsible for the upkeep of this. It will need to be sorted before the road is resurfaced. We haven't had any rain for several days so it is not caused by rainfall.
